We understand that some guests may have concerns regarding COVID-19 and vaccination status. However, at this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccination to enter Lowkey Garden Lounge. Please keep in mind that guidelines and mandates may change in the future, so we encourage guests to stay informed and adhere to current regulations for the safety of all patrons and staff.

Wearing a mask is optional. While we do not require our guests to wear masks, we respect and support individual preferences and choices regarding safety measures.

To enter Lowkey Garden Lounge, guests must be 21 years old or over. We use ID scanners to verify age and identity. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid physical state ID, passport, or military ID. Screenshots, pictures, or school IDs will not be accepted under any circumstances.

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation beforehand to guarantee accommodations. Fridays through Sundays tend to fill up quickly, so we advise making reservations at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Yes, for groups of 8 or more guests on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and brunch hours, we do require a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your final bill at the end of your visit. Deposits are not currently required for reservations made on Mondays through Thursdays for groups of 8 or less."

Guests may be subject to a cover charge upon entry on weekends. Amounts vary depending on the day and time of the visit.

If a deposit is required to book a reservation, the following forms of payment are accepted: Zelle, CashApp or through our booking platform SevenRooms. We do not collect credit card information over the phone.

When you make a reservation, seating will be provided for the number of guests that you select. However, please note that adding guests to a reservation is not possible without speaking to a reservationist, and seating for larger parties may not be guaranteed. Our reservationist will provide you with all the necessary details when you make your reservation. If you arrive with more guests than your reservation specifies, entrance will be at the discretion of our front door personnel and management.

If you are running late for your reservation, please take into consideration that we have a 15 minute grace period. However, we cannot guarantee that your table will be available if you arrive after the grace period. In such cases, you will be placed on our waitlist and we will accommodate you when possible, but seating cannot be guaranteed. It's important to note that lateness does not extend your 2-hour seating limit. We kindly ask that you also consider parking in the area when planning your arrival.

We do not allow any headwear to be worn inside our venue due to security measures. However, we offer a complimentary hat-check service if you need to store your hat during your visit.

To ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that all visitors comply with our dress code guidelines at Lowkey Garden Lounge.

Our dress code is smart casual. We kindly ask you to avoid wearing excessively casual or athletic wear, including sweatpants, athletic jerseys or pants, hoodies, hats, offensive clothing, exposed undergarments, slippers, flip flops, slides, cut-off shirts, tank tops, work boots, and baggy or torn clothing.

For men, we require a collared shirt, which may include a tennis or polo shirt, or a button-down shirt. Sportswear is not permitted.

For women, we encourage you to dress up a bit with cocktail attire and heels. Sportswear is not allowed.

Final admission is at the discretion of our front door personnel and management.

We serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm. Please note that our last seating is at 4:30pm.

Our kitchen hours are until 11pm, after which our regular menu will no longer be available. However, on Fridays and Saturdays, we do offer a late night menu that starts after 11pm for those who wish to dine later.

To ensure the safety of all our guests, we conduct bag searches to check for any prohibited items. These items may include, but are not limited to: big purses or bags, vapes, medications, excessive jewelry, weapons, mace spray, illegal drugs, marijuana paraphernalia, lighters or matches. Please note that any prohibited items will not be allowed on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all.

To make changes to your reservation, you can either use the link provided to you via email from SevenRooms or reply to the automatic text message sent by SevenRooms. Please note that any modifications are subject to availability, and our team will do their best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it. If you need to add guests to your reservation, please contact one of our reservationists.

We have an Auto Gratuity policy in place to ensure that all staff members who contributed to your experience are recognized and compensated accordingly. Please note that the Auto Gratuity is not designated solely for your server, but is shared among the entire team. If you wish to provide an additional tip for your server directly, you may do so by adding it in the designated section on your receipt or by giving cash. Thank you for your understanding.

Certainly, you are welcome to bring balloons and light decorations to our venue without incurring any additional charges. However, please note that we strictly prohibit any confetti or signage to be taped to our walls or décor. In the event of any damage resulting from the use of sticky tape or confetti, a cleanup fee will be charged accordingly.

Our venue charges a cake fee of $25 for any cakes or cupcakes that are brought into the venue. This fee will be included in the final bill. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any cakes or cupcakes left behind, as they will be discarded at the end of the day.
