Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to show proof of vaccination?

The New York City mandate has been lifted and we currently do not ask to show proof of vaccination at the door.

Do we have to wear a face mask?

Wearing a mask is optional. We do not require our guests to wear masks.

How old do you have to be to get in?

Lowkey Garden Lounge is a 21 and over venue.

ID Scanners are used to verify age and identity. Proper physical (in

Hand) and Valid State ID, Passport, or Military ID is acceptable.

Screenshots, pictures or School IDs will not be accepted.

No exceptions.

Do I have to make a reservation?

Reservations are recommended. We cannot guarantee accommodations for walk ins. Reservations for Fridays - Sundays do book quickly, we recommend making reservations at least 2 weeks in advanced.

Do we have to put a deposit in order to make a reservation?

Yes, at the moment a deposit is required to make a reservation for 8 guests or more. Friday - Sunday (including brunch). The deposit is applied to the bill at the end of your stay. However at the moment there is no deposit required Monday - Thursday for 8 guests and under.

Is there a cover charge?

Cover charge varies depending on the day and time of the week. 


How do I make my deposit or cover charge?

Deposits and cover charges can be made via Zelle or Cash App by phone with a reservationist. We do not collect any credit card information via any form of communication. If you would like to use a credit card you can use our SevenRooms reservation platform. 

Do we get seating for our entire party?

Guests that make a reservation via SevenRooms will get seating for the amount of guests that was selected. You can not add guests to a reservation without speaking to a reservationist and accommodations can not be guaranteed. If you want to make a reservation for a larger party, seating may not be guaranteed for the entire party. A reservationist will inform you of all the details when making the reservation. If you make a reservation and more guests show up for your table, entrance is at the discretion of front door personal and management. 

What happens if I am late to my reservation?

There is a 15 minute grace period. We cannot guarantee that a table will be available if you arrive late. After the 15 minute grace period you are placed in our waitlist and we will accommodate you when possible but is not guaranteed. Lateness does not extend your 2hr seating limit. 

Can I wear a hat or cap?

Due to security measures, we do not allow any headwear to be worn inside our venue. We offer a complimentary hat-check if necessary.

Is there a dress code?

To help provide the best Guest Experience, we respectfully ask guests to abide by our wardrobe guidelines when visiting Lowkey Garden Lounge.


Dress code is smart casual. Thank you for not wearing: apparel that is excessively casual, gym attire, sweatpants, athletic jerseys or athletic pants, hoodies, hats, clothing with offensive language or images, exposed under garments, slippers, flip flops, slides, cut off shirts or tank tops, work boots, baggy or loose fitting attire, torn attire.


For men, a collared shirt, which can range from a tennis/Polo shirt or a button down is required. No sportswear.


For women, we encourage you to dress to impress! We suggest wearing cocktail attire with heels. No sportswear.


Final admittance is at the discretion of our front door personnel and management.

What happens if I have 8 or more guests?

If you party exceeds more than 8 guests, you will need to speak to a reservationist by calling 718 880 2328 or by email at rsvp@lowkeyqns.com

What time is brunch?

Brunch is from 12pm  to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Our last seating is at 4:30pm.

What time does the kitchen close?

Our kitchen closes at 11pm. On Fridays and Saturdays we offer a late night menu after 11pm.

Are there items I can not bring into the venue?

All bags are subject to search for items that are prohibited. Prohibited Items include but are not limited to: Big purses or bags, Vapes, Medications, Excessive Jewelry, Weapons, Mace Spray, Illegal Drugs, Marijuana Paraphernalia or Lighters/Matches

Can I add extra guests to my table after I make a reservation?

You may modify your reservation via the link sent yo your email from SevenRooms or by replying to the automatic text sent from SevenRooms. Modifications are based on availability. Our team will try to accommodate your request as best as possible but it is not guaranteed. Please contact a reservationist to add guests.

Is the 18% auto gratuity applied to the bill considered a tip?

Auto Gratuity is split between the entire staff that assists in your experience. It does not go directly to your server. If you would like to give your server a direct tip, you may do so in the additional tip section on your receipt or in cash.

Can I bring balloons?

Yes, you may bring balloons and light decorations at no additional

charge. We do not allow any confetti or signage to be taped to our walls or

décor. There will be a cleanup fee charged for any damage from

sticky tape or confetti.

Can I bring a cake?

We charge a $25 cake fee for any cakes or cupcakes brought

into the venue. All cake fees will be applied to your final bill. We are not responsible for any cake or cupcakes left behind as we discard it at the end of the day. 

Is there a lost & found?

Our venue is not responsible for any personal items lost, damaged or left behind. If you have left something behind or are missing something please contact us at 718.880 2328 and we will attempt to locate it.
