Yes, a deposit is required so that we can secure your reservation and guarantees the section will be held for you.
The deposit is non refundable. The deposit will be applied to your bill at the end of your visit and can be seen on your receipt.
*If you do not show up to your reservation or arrive late, you will be able to select another date and time once.
We highly suggest that you call us if you are running late. We hold your reservation for 15 minutes. We can not guarantee that a table will be available if you arrive late.
No, do to security measures, we do not allow any headwear inside our venue. However we offer a hat-check at the door at no charge.
We have a minor list of clothing articles that we do not allow inside our venue which consists of hoodies, athletic wear, slides/slippers or headwear.
Deposits can be made via Zelle or Cash App. We do not collect any credit card information via any form of communication.
Eight or more guests requires a bottle package or minimum spend per person in order to secure a section. You will have to call us at 718 880 2328 and speak to a reservationist.
Our venue provides certain incentives everyday such as #shotoclock #findtheblackrose #osotime entertainment and DJ services. This is what the cover charge goes towards.
It is possible if we have the availability, however you would have to speak with a reservationist to confirm it. DO NOT wait to arrive to the door as it is not guaranteed.
Service charge is split between the entire staff that assists in your experience. It does not go directly to your server. If you would like to give your server a direct tip, you may do so in the additional tip section on your receipt or in cash.
Yes, you can bring balloons and light decorations at no charge.
Yes, we can hold your cake when you arrive until it is time to serve it. There is a $25 fee for housing it, bringing it out and serving you and your guests as well as the clean up. There is no fee for Cupcakes unless you want us to hold it.
